The Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry owns five corporate, retail and industrial parks throughout Northeast Pennsylvania: Crestwood Industrial Park, Hanover Crossings, Hanover Industrial Estates, Highland Park, and the Corporate Centerat East Mountain.


Crestwood Industrial Park

This 1,050-acre park is home to food production facilities, distribution centers, plastic and electronic companies. With its convenient location, proximity to Interstates 80 and 81, and excellent rail service, the Crestwood Industrial Park is one of the area's most popular industrial parks and was recently the site of two of Northeast Pennsylvania's largest job creation projects.  More…

In 2000, the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber introduced the region to the area's first technology-based business park.  Featuring state-of-the-art telecominfrastructure and dual-feed electricity, this park was the site of the nation's third largest job creation project in 2002 when we welcomed Caremark as the park's first tenant.
